Anthony Joshua prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight-round fight which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to promote next month's bout.
Former twice world title holder Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami's arena on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I will damage his features and hurt his body. My goal is to show I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to genuinely try to injure him. That's my intention."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of those words, a calm Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually famous for his dramatics - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather criticized ex Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian turned down a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK opponent Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is superior to Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua chose not to talk badly about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he said.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mostly fought mixed martial artists or faded names since turning professional.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
Still, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of the sport's biggest commercial attractions, frequently receiving huge paydays.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old anticipated a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would prevent the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently in the works for 2026.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Paul said.
Size Difference
As the two fighters met for the traditional confrontation, with their height and weight contrast evident, it highlighted just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the match is truly proceeding.
